1. Order Processing & Payment
Orders are processed once payment is received and confirmed.

2. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped within five working days of payment confirmation.
Delivery is available nationwide at a flat rate of R100.
Alternatively, you may collect your order from one of our designated collection points in Randburg or Alberton.

3. Out-of-Stock Items
In the rare event that an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you promptly to offer the following options:

  • Wait up to 7 days to see if the item comes back in stock.

  • Swap for an alternative product of similar value.

  • Request a full refund.

4. Returns & Refunds
We adhere to the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). Returns are only accepted if the product is:

  • Defective,

  • Unsafe, or

  • Not suitable for the purpose for which it was sold.

Returns will not be accepted if the item has been:

  • Altered,

  • Damaged through misuse or negligence, or

  • Disassembled (if not sold in disassembled form).

5. Product Colour Availability
Where a product listing states “available colour will be sent”, we will offer the buyer a choice of colour upon ordering from our suppliers, if possible. However, colour options are subject to supplier availability, and we cannot guarantee that a specific colour will be obtainable. If a preferred colour is not available, an alternative available colour will be sent. Orders may not be cancelled or returned solely on the basis of colour preference not being met.
